I enjoy the people I work with and every day is a new experience.
What makes Tuthill different/standout from other companies?
Tuthill is different from other companies in that I have experienced every facet of the company from manufacturing to quality to engineering. I have the freedom to tackle the areas that interest me the most.
Favorite perk/benefit that comes from working for Tuthill?
I like the T-shirts that are given out for participating in Kaizen events.
Was there anything that came as a surprise when you started in the LIM Program?
My biggest surprise was the level of responsibility that was given to me from the very beginning. Projects were assigned to me personally and I was allowed the freedom to achieve them as I saw fit.
Why did you choose Tuthill?
I choose Tuthill because I was excited about the potential of Lean Manufacturing and wanted to be a part of Tuthill's promising future.
